Frederick H. Kopko, Jr. has worked with small and large commercial banks, private investment funds, hedge funds, venture capital funds, broker-dealer firms, and private individuals that have collectively invested well over $1 Billion in transactions in which Mr. Kopko has had involvement as counsel and/or a principal.  He has led and/or participated in initiating start-up enterprises including preparing business plans and executing on capital formation plans, as well as guiding them through the consummation of exit strategies, including initial public offering and sale or merger.  Client references are available upon request.  Education: University of Connecticut, B.A., Honors Degree in Economics, Magna Cum Laude; University of Notre Dame Law School, J.D., Editor Notre Dame Law Review; University of Chicago Graduate School of Business, M.B.A., High Honors.

Jazmine Grell has over seven years of experience in account management, claims, sales processing, and call-center operations within the banking, travel, and insurance industry. She assists firm management and staff by coordinating office support functions necessary to provide client support services. Education: Ashworth College, Associates in General Business.

Romeo R. Richardson
Network and Website Administrator

Romeo R. Richardson is responsible for the development, maintenance, and improvement of the firm, affiliate and client websites, and networks. He has previously worked as an IT Specialist for the University of the Virgin Islands. He also worked as a System Analyst for the Department of Education. Education: University of the Virgin Islands, B.A., Computer Science.

Nellerine Petersen-Benjamin
Billing Specialist

Nellerine Petersen-Benjamin is responsible for processing Client customer invoices, reviewing and processing Client vendor invoices for payment, and responding to Client customer inquiries, and resolving Client customer disputes. Education: Ashworth University. 

Iyanna Jennings 
Account Specialist


Iyanna Jennings is a US Army veteran who served a tour in Operation Iraqi Freedom. She has 4 years of experience working in logistics. She has also worked as a front desk agent for Antilles Resorts and as an assistant to the company Controller at Diamonds International, where she managed all accounts receivable, assisted with administrative duties as well as audited daily cash and credit card closeouts. She is currently an Undergraduate student at Keiser University where she is pursuing her B.A. in Business Administration with a focus in Management.


Trent Stedman

Trent Stedman is a recent University of the Virgin Islands alumnus with a degree in Business Administration concentrated in Finance. Trent functions as the billing specialist and posts the billed Merc fuel invoices for the purchase requisition management team along with maintaining profit and loss statements of the Marlin Prince.

Te’Zell Henderson is a recent graduate of the Charlotte Amalie High School where she became a certified member of the NAF program. Te’Zell responsibilities entail researching, analyzing, interpreting, and presenting data related to markets, operations, customers, economics, and other information regarding the interests of the company.

Eddie Morrison is involved with administrative activities as well as Portfolio Client activities coordination.  He also serves as Director Liaison of NBE charitable activities.

Brice Collier

Brice Collier spent 17 years with Amoco Corporation where his positions included Strategic Planning for the E&P business, Director of Internal Audit, and various leadership positions in the accounting department. In addition, he spent 3 years with WilTel as Vice President of their shared service organization, 2 years as CFO of Integrated Medical Delivery (a firm specializing in providing outsourced accounting, IT, and HR to physician-owned medical facilities) and finally 2 years as CFO of the NBA's New Orleans Hornets.

Mr. Collier teaches Finance in the MBA program at The University of Tulsa and is developing a course for TU's Master of Energy Business program to be offered in the spring. Mr. Collier has assisted a Drilling company with operations in West Texas, a Drilling Rig manufacturer, an oilfield supply company, and a Precision Machining company servicing the Aerospace industry. Education: East Central University, B.S. Accounting, and the University of Chicago, M.B.A.

Brian Boyle MD, JD

Dr. Brian Boyle is a graduate of Notre Dame Law School (1980) and Georgetown Medical School (1991, cum laude, Alpha Omega Alpha).

Following law school, Dr. Boyle became an associate with Webb, Carlock, Copeland, Semler & Stair (N/K/A Carlock, Copeland & Stair) in Atlanta, Georgia, specializing in civil defense litigation. During that time, he tried numerous cases throughout the Southeast. In 1985 he was made a partner of the firm.

In 1987, Dr. Boyle left the practice of law to attend medical school. After receiving his medical degree, he completed an Internal Medical Residency at Georgetown University Medical Center (1994) and then joined the faculty of Cornell University Medical School (N/K/A Weill Cornell Medical College) as a clinical instructor and became an Assistant Attending Physician at The New York Hospital (N/K/A New York-Presbyterian Hospital). During his 11 years at Cornell/New York Hospital, he became internationally known as an expert in treating HIV/AIDS, published more than 100 peer-reviewed papers, and was promoted to Associate Professor of Medicine and Associate Attending Physician.

In 2002, with 3 other HIV/AIDS experts, Dr. Boyle co-founded ViralEd LLC. A medical education and communications company specializing in continuing medical education for physicians caring for patients with HIV/AIDS or hepatitis. In 2005, due to the success of ViralEd, he left Cornell to become Executive Director of that company, a position he remains in today. ViralEd has grown remarkably over the past 10 years and it is widely recognized as one of the top medical education and communications in the HIV/AIDS and hepatitis fields.
