Iyanna Jennings is a US Army veteran who served a tour in Operation Iraqi Freedom. She has 4 years of experience working in logistics. Brice Collier spent 17 years with Amoco Corporation where his positions included Strategic Planning for the E&P business, Director of Internal Audit and various leadership positions in the accounting department. In addition, he spent 3 years with WilTel as Vice President of their shared service organization, 2 years as CFO of Integrated Medical Delivery (a firm specializing in providing outsourced accounting, IT and HR to physician-owned medical facilities) and finally 2 years as CFO of the NBA's New Orleans Hornets.
Mr. Collier teaches Finance in the MBA program at The University of Tulsa and is developing a course for TU's Master of Energy Business program to be offered in the spring. Mr. Collier has assisted a Drilling company with operations in West Texas, a Drilling Rig manufacturer, an oilfield supply company and a Precision Machining company servicing the Aerospace industry. She has served as a program analyst at the Office of Evaluation and Inspections - Office of the Inspector General, U.S. Department of Health & Human Services (Chicago, IL), in the clinical services division of Inspiration Corporation (Chicago, IL), and as a project manager in the Department of Sociology at the University of Notre Dame (Notre Dame, IN). Currently, She works as a Senior Research Assistant at Teachers College, Columbia University's Community College Research Center (New York, NY) and as an Associate in Economics in the Department of Economics at Columbia University (New York, NY). Brian Boyle MD, JD
Dr. Brian Boyle is a graduate of Notre Dame Law School (1980) and Georgetown Medical School (1991, cum laude, Alpha Omega Alpha).
Following law school, Dr. Boyle became an associate with Webb, Carlock, Copeland, Semler & Stair (N/K/A Carlock, Copeland & Stair) in Atlanta, Georgia, specializing in civil defense litigation. During that time, he tried numerous cases throughout the Southeast. In 1985 he was made a partner of the firm.
In 1987, Dr. Boyle left the practice of law to attend medical school. After receiving his medical degree, he completed an Internal Medical Residency at Georgetown University Medical Center (1994) and then joined the faculty of Cornell University Medical School (N/K/A Weill Cornell Medical College) as a clinical instructor and became an Assistant Attending Physician at The New York Hospital (N/K/A New York- Presbyterian Hospital). During his 11 years at Cornell/New York Hospital, he became internationally known as an expert in treating HIV/AIDS, published more than 100 peer-reviewed papers, and was promoted to Associate Professor of Medicine and Associate Attending Physician.
In 2002, with 3 other HIV/AIDS experts, Dr. Boyle co-founded ViralEd LLC, a medical education and communications company specializing in continuing medical education for physicians caring for patients with HIV/AIDS or hepatitis. In 2005, due to the success of ViralEd, he left Cornell to become Executive Director of that company, a position he remains in today. ViralEd has grown remarkably over the past 10 years and it is widely recognized as one of the top medical education and communications in the HIV/AIDS and hepatitis fields.
Thomas Kopko assists with portfolio client projects and proposals. Mr. Kopko is an attorney with extensive experience in negotiating and preparing investment products, having worked with venture capital funds, private equity funds, hedge funds, mutual funds, family offices, sovereign funds, high net worth individuals and various other institutional & individual investor bases.
